Blue Sceen on hdmi no signal

My TV has a blue screen and no signal. I have rebooted and unplugged but no change. Also checked cables. Is my box bad? How do I fix this?

blue screen usually means your on the wrong input. But most blue screens will have a no signal alert when on the wrong input

You can try the tv box at another tv and see if its working
