Being charged after only have two days of service

I called on Oct 6 to start my service. Internet and cable. They needed 21.00 to start my account up which was fine I agreed and they took the money out. Today I received an email saying that they charged me 66.00 but it doesn't say why my first bill isn't due until Nov so I'm confused as to why it's charging me now???
