I cannot find the AT&T TV Now app on my Sony (Android) TV. I have searched using Google Play Store with no results. Any suggestions?

There is no Android app in the Play store, as you have discovered. Your only option is to sideload the Fire Stick version. You can pull the apk directly from a Fire stick using adp or find it on an apk site. Make sure you get the Fire stick version, not the mobile version. You'll have to Google how to sideload. It's too complex to go into here.
Thank you, lydian. You have confirmed what I was thinking.

@ATTHelp - Do you think that actually added anything to the conversation? The poster specifically asked about an app for Android TV (which, by the way, AT&T has a version of, since that is what the AT&T streaming box runs, but which they won't release as a standalone for some reason). The question wasn't "what can I run this service on - if it was, we could have answered it. If you want to be helpful, maybe you could follow up internally with Marketing to find out why an Android TV app hasn't been released for AT&T TV, and whether that will ever change.

You can try this website for side loading apk's of the AT& T TV app.
The op of the website keep copies of both untouched FireTV versions and modified HBR versions that work on Android TV devices.
