At&t tv box

My box was supposed to be delivered Friday. FedEx marked it as undeliverable and returned it to you. I can't get any help through phone calls. I need my box sent back!

Not to us - we're other customers.  You'll need to contact Customer Service.  I'm not sure why you can't get assistance with this - are you calling 800-288.2020?  If that is not getting you anywhere, you might try online chat access to Support (the Chat box towards the bottom of this page).

We apologize for any inconveniences you have experienced. You will need to speak to one of the AT&T TV specialists at 1.800.288.2020 for further assistance on shipping the AT&T TV device to you.


They are open Monday-Sunday 6:00am CST- 11:00pm CST.
