A customer service representative cancelled my service without my permission and now I had to go through a complete new service order and pay a service fee to reconnect.  Their web page does not work and internet service is sketchy.

You probably won't get many comments or much of a response here.  This is one of the AT&T TV Now pages, and you're talking about AT&T TV.  If you post this message in an AT&T TV topic, you will probably get more responses.

Did your account get canceled before or after the trial period? Then, what exactly is happening online when you stated the web page doesn't work?
