AT&T finding ways to force customers into buying new packages

Has anyone else had AT&T TVNOW suddenly claim that the payment method they have on file has been rejected? When I received the notice I immediately checked my information, since nothing had changed. Now they closed my account but said I can reactivate my Legacy Live A Little plan -- at the higher rate USING THE VERY SAME CREDIT CARD!!

They aren’t forcing you to do anything you have many other options for tv

Have you chatted with support? I also had a problem with my credit card and got a message that payment didn't go through. I contacted support and they gave me 2 weeks to sort out the problem with my bank before shutting down my subscription. Things thankfully ended good and I still have my Go Big discounted package.
