You guys offer terrible service

I haven't been able to log into my account for quite some time. Now I have a late fee due to your faulty system. You guys are not cool. Please refund my late fee.

This is not ATT, which is why it say community up top.  Call ATT.  And login or not, you have no excuse for not paying your bill.

There are multiple ways to pay. Not being able to use one of them isn't an excuse for paying late.
