Wrongfully charging my bill - is there an email I can reach out to?
You wrongfully charged me for a bill after your customer service team promised it would be removed from my account and NOT charged to my credit card because it was an AT&T mistake. I need help now and want my money refunded ASAP. This is terrible customer service. Does anyone know of an email address I can reach out to concerning these issues?

AT&T does not have or use email for support.
This is not AT&T, you have to call or use chat.
