Wrong bill for one of the line in my account

Hi team,

I am having issues with billing from last 5 months . I am keep on calling to customer service and escalating the issue and raising the complaint. Wrong promotion applied on one of the line in my account . I am seriously tired of calling the customer service, 

Please help on this

This is a customer populated Forum not a way to get your bill corrected. You can file a Better Business Bureau complaint online and somebody from upper management will get the complaints and take a deeper dive into your bill.
