17 years with ATT and they can't help me..... Mother died two days ago, husband had a stroke last night and they will not help with making a payment in two weeks. I have never missed a payment or anything! Time to call Verizon I guess. I just can't believe it. I have referred so many people because I have always loved ATT. Guess I now see what everyone else does........ Just like all the other companies out there. They don't care, just want your money.

Sorry for your loss.
Unless your account is already past due, you can make PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS online. If your due date has already passed, payment arrangements are not an option.
