Worst call center experience

I spent one whole hour, being transfered about 8 times, and being asked the same questions, and had been told I would be connected to a billing specialist, yet I would be connected back to the general department. I was charged twice for 87$. no one could help. Thinking of switching providers. It was a simple tak, yet it took an hour to get an answer!!

I have spent 3 hours every month because they increased my bill by $6 in error. I have switched. But I read in many places that they will continue sending bills and try to milk you even after you switch. They might unleash some collection agenicies in the end. My advice is just pay them(think of it as a donation to poor) and switch sooner.
