WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been ON THE PHONE FOR 4HRS. 

TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME WITH MY MESSED UP ACCOUNT. 

THEY DEACTIVATED MY NUMBER AND ALL INTERNET CONNECTIONS AND OVER CHARGE ME WITHOUT MY KNOWING! 
I AM PAYING FOR 2 NUMBERS AND I AM ONLY USING 1 PHONE.  1 PHONE NUMBER.  EVEN THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE CANNOT HELP ME. I NEED A REFUND FOR ALL THE OVERCHARGES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. 

ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT 24/7. Which (Edited per community guidelines) because I work from 8Am - 6Pm ALASKA TIME.  

And when I get Off THEIR OFFICES ARE CLOSED. 

I NEED ASSISTANCE.  

ANY MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR WHO HAVE ACCESS IN THE FREAKING SYSTEM OF YOURS. THANK YOU

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

AT&T has the worst customer service and retention department I have ever deal with. After months of claiming to get a 10 % discount when signing up thru AARP, I am told that only after multiple times assuring me that the discount will take place in the next billing cycle and the cycles keep going. Now after 6 months of dealing with them I am told that there is I am not getting any discount. Contacted customer service ask to deal with somebody who wasn't reading from a script and I get the retention department. Same kind of bad service. After 11 years of being with this carrier, I think it's time to move on. They have no interest in keeping satisfied customers due to the monopoly they carry. Went thru multiple calls, chat's, and visit a store and I am guessing 10 times nobody ever mentions that there was no discount. So after many years not to mention the service area is terrible I am going to shop around for another carrier. Can't deal with a company that right out lied and now want to cover it up with another excuse.
