Wondering how to designate trade in card for AT&T bill payment

I was wondering how to designate my promo card of $200 towards my bill payment if I'm on autopay.  I have no intention of visiting an AT&T store, so I can't just walk in with it.   Any ideas?

I'm not sure why you would refuse to visit an AT&T store to redeem your promo card, but I guess that is your choice.

I believe that you can log into the AT&T On-Line Account Management site (OLAM site) and select to pay your bill with a credit card.  Once on the credit card payment page, you would enter your promotional card details, and the payment amount you want to be deducted from the promotional card.  I have not done this myself, but this is how I was told to do it.  I found it far easier to just hand the card to a clerk at my local store and ask them to apply the balance on the card to my bill.  It took about 45-60 seconds, and I had a credit on my account which lowered my next bill by the amount which was on the promo card.

Dear Jerry B 'Geekboy'
The reason why I don't go to an AT&T store is that I am disabled and the majority of the time I am too ill to drive. Some of us are not young and healthy anymore and thankfully can access the Internet to pay bills and yes...to ask questions and have them answered by knowledgeable and hopefully, understanding younger people like yourself.
Thanks for your reply.
