I had been in contact with customer service a few times and made a few partial payments because I couldnt pay the bill. Last week my service was shut off. I thought through june 30th no services where being terminated?

AT&T's Response to Covid-19 from (March 13,2020 - June 30, 2020) requires customers to let AT&T know they're experiencing economic hardships related to the pandemic by submitting a waiver request form. It is also recommended for you to make payment arrangements for your past due balance. 

 

For assistance with Submitting a Waiver Request Form, simply access the link and scroll down to Find ways to Save > How is AT&T Supporting Customers and have your MyAT&T user ID and password ready to follow the steps provided.

@Ashleyj79 Why would you call? If your next bill is due before June 30, you should complete the form linked by AT&T Help. If your next bill is due later, then there's nothing more to do, since you're caught up now.
