WIRELESS INSURANCE BILLING
I have been paying $40 pm for insurance coverage on four of my wireless devices since Dec.2016. On reviewing my bill recently, I noticed an additional insurance charge on two of my devices. One ending with 0104 ($8.99pm effective Nov.2017) and an ipad pro ending with 7915 ($15.00 effective Jan.2017 which was not something that I needed or requested given my other coverage. Under these circumstances, I would like to request credit for payments made each month for 0104 effective Nov, 2017 and for the ipad pro effective Jan.2017. Please call me with any questions.

1. This isn’t at&t and no request here is valid, call at&t
2. It’s up to you to review the bill regularly and bring errors to AT&T in a timely manner.
3. Asurion isn’t going to refund premiums, so AT&T isn’t likely to credit.
