My frustration with AT&T continues to grow. The in home sales person who signed us up to switch out wireless was a scam artist. She promised us $150 a month for 2 lines and a BOGO for the IPhone 11. Just got our bill. We have had this service for a month and 6 days and get ready for this. Been charged over $700 dollars for TWO lines. Trying to work it out with the bill services but they said the systems are down. If this isn’t resolved we are gonna take advantage of the tmobile buy out contract deal. I was with Tmobile for over 20 years. Never been treated or ripped off like this ever.
