Wireless bill missing dates

Why would my text massage history be missing almost 2 weeks of detail? The billing cycle says 10/11-present however text detail begin on 10/23-present.  Why is there no data from 10/11-10/22?

Hey @User2023, thank you for reaching out to AT&T Community Forums. We're here to help look into your text history missing.


Sometimes your usage info may be unavailable or delayed. We update your usage reports as quickly as we can, It can take 2 to 5 days for data to post in myAT&T.


Just to confirm, if you are trying to check the text detail history on your myat&t app. If yes, please log out from the app and login. Then check if you will be able to check the text missing history.


Here is the link where you can: Understand how wireless usage is billed

  1. Go to the Usage.
  2. Select the bill period you want to view.
  3. Select your service type:
    • Wireless-only service: Look in the Usage by number section, find the device you want to manage, and select View more usage details and options. Then choose See data, text, and talk logs.
    • If more than one service: Look in the Basic plan usage section, find the device you want to manage, and select View usage details. Then choose how you want to view your details.
  4. Then select Download, choose CSV or Excel. Use the forward arrows to get on to the last page. Once you see all your records, you can download them.
