If i do not activate my phone card, will I still be charged?

Please clarify if the card is a Prepaid Refill card and what type of refill card you currently have, more details will be helpful. We recommend checking the expiration date on the card, if you don't use your card and still have funds on your account you will not be charged.

If you have not activated your service and set up Autopay, you shouldn't be charged. 

 

Just to clarify, are you referring to the SIM card or to a prepaid card to add minutes/data to an account?

Hi @Henryfzh! Let's address your Prepaid SIM Card Activation inquiry!

 

If you haven't activated service or set up Autopay, you shouldn't be charged for service as previous agent stated. Activate your Prepaid SIM Card by entering your SIM Card number, IMEI number and Zip Code or Activate your AT&T Prepaid Plan With A Code. Enter *123*, your ZIP Code*, the 2-digit plan code, then # on your keypad to activate your plan.
