I'm with another service and qualify for the $10 discount on the wireless elite plan. Would I be able to double down on promotions since there is a $250 reward card when I bring my own phone? (which I am and own)

do you currently have any AT&T service, TV, Internet, or wireless
what specific discount for Unlimited Elite are you referring to
what specific promotion which $250 reward card are you referring to.
