We can't see your bill. Please read it it might explain a lot.

You would have been charged an activation charge of $30. Taxes are extra
And your auto-pay and paperless billing discount has probably not yet been included and won't be until you sign up and pay your first bill. That would account for $10 right there.

So that's $40 accounted for.
