why is my new bill nothing like the one quoted to me?

I upgraded my phone and plan from data to the basic unlimited starter plan.  I just got my first bill,  It is NO WHERE near the monthly plan

that I was quoted.  I was emphatic that I did not want to pay more than I had been previously.  Now it has increased significantly .  Here goes AT&T with the old bait and switch again

@GLIMMERMAN76 I’m sorry to hear that you have had a similar experience but glad to hear that AT&T made efforts to correct things for you. If you refer to my original comment, I simply asked for those who had similar issues to like the post. Feel free to like or not but I see no further need for us to communicate on this matter.
