Why am I being charged for my S22+ upgrade
I used the free S22 promotion to upgrade from an existing Galaxy phone. I turned in a qualifying trade in, at an ATT store. Also, paid $200 in advance prior to trade in. I was informed that I qualified for the full credit, by an ATT associate. Yet, I am know being charged for the phone, via payment plan. Why am I being charged for my "Free Phone"?

Same here. Sent back my old phone the day i got the new one. It's been sitting at step 3 since 04/04/2022. Going on my 5th payment if you count the payment I made signing up.
