Where should I send my Praise Letter to thank your employee of customer service calling center?

I have a really great experience with Joseph, an employee of your customer support call center in Tennessee. I was especially impressed by his problem solving appraoch. He patiently tried to understand my quesitons and guide me to the info I need online. Furthermore, he put him self in our shoes and was extremely helpful and nice to offer the info we should know in order to ease customers concerns. This young gentleman has proved that his ability to handle different emotion from customers and turned my suspects toward the service of AT&T into a positive impression during our conversation. It was one of the best customer service I had. Therefore, I think Joe deserve a round of applause and I thank you and your team's effort for such a great training to your employees. If he is the stardard of your customer service, I believe it will ba a sustainable business with such a great service. Thank you. Please feel free to contact me if you need further info about my great expeience.

I believe you should be getting an email or text message giving you the option to fill out a survey about your experience dealing with Customer Care. That is almost always the best way to give props to customer service representatives in general, not just with AT&T. Especially in call centers, those surveys are a pretty important metric for tracking an employee's performance.

Hello, I hope this is the correct forum to recognize AT&T employees that were extremely helpful.

First of all, a big thank you to Marva at the California Customer Care Call Center. This is not the correct name of that area, but frankly, it was such a horrible situation that I don’t recall all the details. What I do know is that Marva worked very hard to fix my problem after I had given up and she is to be commended for that perseverance. I would have certainly otherwise cancelled my service.

Secondly, I would like to thank Clay (***) for his continued assistance today. He took Marva’s notes and turned the situation into a positive outcome. Also he gave me advice on how to survive an outrage without having expensive, duplicate coverage.

Thank you Clay and Marva.

Louis

Just wanted to acknowledge the great customer service I received on 4/12/23 from Chrystal at your Locust Grove, Ga location. I brought in 3 phones that needed to be activated after a failed attempt of getting it done online. She was very professional and polite in addition to having the knowledge to getting the issue I had resolved. I never believed that good customer service was the thing of the past, and Chrystal is one of the reasons why I continue to stay grounded in that belief. Thank you Chrystal!
