Where is my Student Discount for Prepaid Unlimited?
When I ordered my SIM and ATT Unlimited Plan (Prepaid), I did it through student bean verification via https://connect.studentbeans.com/v4/hosted/at-t/us/ and it was made clear that starting from month 2 students will get a discounted price of $40/month for the unlimited plan.
However, after I got my SIM and activated it, it says $65/month, and after I set up the auto pay, I am still having to pay $50/month and the webpage said starting next month I will be automatically billed $50/month. Where is my student discount price of $40/month (starting from month 2)?
Please kindly follow up ASAP.

It is my second month now, which according to the discount page it should be "Price with Student Discount and Autopay: $40/mo." However, I have just been charged $53.92. Please kindly follow up ASAP.

Hello! You can try and go to this website, https://www.att.com/verification/signaturehub/. You need to fill out a form so ATT will be able to process your request.

@PapaTutz17 The Signature discount page you referred the OP to is for postpaid only. This “student beans” is for prepaid. Also, your responses sound like you are an employee. If so, you need the employee tag.

Call at&t, 611 from your phone.
While occasionally ATThelp does check in here and is authorized to access your account, primarily everyone here that is not identified as an employee with the 'ATT help' screen name is just another customer like yourself.
