Where can I get actual help?

For 2 months this has been a nightmare. The more services I add to my account the worse it gets. From direct pay getting canceled to being charged an extra $10 because of their mistake, or an extra $5 for them to "help" me pay them and an extra $10-15 for the late payment for said mistake. To login issues because my account combined with someone somehow. I call and I'm sent to the same FAQ's because they don't understand where the issue is either? But they want me to pay and extra $30-40 a month for all of it NO PROBLEM. What a joy.

Try calling during traditional business hours to see why direct pay got canceled. The $5 phone transaction fee for paying with a live agent to my understanding is to encourage people to pay through self help options (voice system or online primarily) that should be usable even if direct pay was off.

As for the account being combined with someone else, if you get no resolution over the phone, then I would go with a BBB complaint on that.
