@pachelbell Did you read the thread? Vesta handles payment for ATT prepaid. If you don’t have prepaid, that likely means someone has your bank info. Dispute the charge with your bank.

Do you have or had a Gophone account and paid your bill with this credit card? Read an article that this company does the billing for Gophones.

Hello @Kkangyo,
Having money taken from your bank account at random from an unknown company can definitely be concerning! I am very sorry for this, and I would be more than happy to help you figure this out.
This is a GoPhone payment service with AT&T, if you have a prepaid account with us set up onAutoPay; this is what the charge could be.
I will be reaching out to your via private message to your Forum’s Inbox for further investigation. You’ll find it in the envelope located near the upper right hand corner of your screen, please be on the lookout.
I look forward to speaking with you, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi. I do not have a GoPhone, nor have I ever had one. I do not have any accounts with AT&T yet I was charged $69.64 recently. When I called my bank about it, I learned they had rejected several fraudulent charges on the same day, so I closed my card and disputed the charge.
Apparently, this Vesta company allowed someone to use my credit card fraudulently and let them use their GoPhone or something on my dime. They didn't have the card itself and did not have the PIN or the code on the back. Vesta should have never allowed this person to use my acct number without the appropriate info.

HI,
I have the same problem with VESTA .... I don´t live in US and in a short trip to Florida in October this year, I bought a prepaid SIM at the AT&T store to use internet on this trip. I never signed up for an autopay refill once I don´t live in US. This is unacceptable from a company as AT&T ..... I need AT&T solve this urgently because this is causing me serious problems and I do not live in the USA.

@jcdantas We see this complaint often. You probably got signed up for autopay without realizing it. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer forum, not customer support. Posting here won’t stop the charges. Since you are outside the US, your best alternative is to get your bank to block the charge. To get ATT to stop them or to get a refund, you need to contact customer support directly. You can contact customer support by sending a private message to @ATTMobilityCare.

We have exactly the same problem. We were in the US for three weeks this summer and now I find out we are billed monthly.
We are filing a report with the credit card company, but it would be nice if AT&T would do soemthing about this.

An authorization pending for Vesta At&t showed up on my online banking account January 1. Never heard of this company, how can I get my money back?
