The Line access fee is on all phones, it include talk, text and your phone number. Data is separate, as you may have noticed, and can be shared between lines on your account.

That is how it shows on the bill.
IF you have a 2 year contract you will not see the -25.00 discount. If your on next or bring your own device you will see the -25 discount.
