Need help with getting my phone back on
Then call them. If you were shut off for non payment then you must pay the bill in full to zero before service will be restored.
My phone is shut off due to charges that were put on my account and shouldn’t have been. AT&T credited half of it and the other half is pending for next billing cycle. Doesn’t make sense. I’m not paying something I don’t owe and that at&t is correcting. My phone should be turned back on
