Greetings @gabbie_deck!

Let's look into the meaning behind that MSecCall Prot Adv TRK your husband is noticing on their call log. What you're noticing is a feature known as AT&T Protect Advance which detects and blocks calls from likely fraudsters before they reach you. This feature works everywhere, even when using Wi-Fi Calling and NumberSync and can be turned off/on.

If you don't already have the app installed on your phone, it's possible to learn more by downloading the app(s) from the App Store or Google Play. Users are not required to download nor use either app, however, fraudulent calls are automatically blocked and incoming suspected spam calls are labeled from the network.

We hope this info helps.
