We havent received your device
I used ATT next up to upgrade my old Samsung S21+ to S22+ on 28 Dec,2021 and sent back the S21+ with included Prepaid shipping Label in just couple days later in January. I was carelessly to walk away after dropped off the package without asking for a receipt with tracking number. I call ATT and there is nothing they can do even though they are the one that hold all the information, and are the one that create that prepaid shipping label! I call the carrier and they tell me to visit the local and hopefully they will able to retrieve the tracking number but there maybe no luck!
Now, I don't have any tracking information and ATT wants to charge me $500 because they didn't receive the device! what a wonderful company to be a customer with!! I can't wait to report this BBB and let them sort it out. Im sure the phone is at ATT warehouse somewhere!
