I have auto pay and a working credit card linked to it. The system keeps sending me sms messages about failing to renew my account. So I called in and successfully made a payment. But now I overpayed so wanted to turn auto pay off, however, the system gave an error. Please refund me asap.

We're just customers, like yourself, so getting a forum solution for this type of problem is unlikely.

To get a refund, you'll have to call a CSR, and explain your situation.  I'd be sure and discuss the payment issue, at the same time, and make sure everything is aligned, for future payments.
