Want my REFUND!!!
You guys have the returned phone. You stated several times It will be credited to my account. Now you are adding late charges too.Get this fixed. I'm done calling you guys. I have spoken to Ann in customer service this last time I called. My 6th time! She assured me this would be corrected......Please!!! Credit my account for the phone and now late charges!!!
