Virtual Assistant

Can anyone tell me if there is a virtual assistance program with at&t? I have been overcharged for my account but I do not have service or signal to make a phone call on their toll free number for help. I am going in circles on the website (which is ridiculous and very difficult to navigate) and my frustration is growing. Every month with at&t is another headache and I'm MORE than tired of it. I need help contacting customer support online and not by phone.

Can you give us a bit more details on how you were over charged?

Are you able to utilize Wi-Fi calling?
