Verifying my identity

my online or was canceled because it couldn’t verify my identity. How do I resolve this without having to pay again and getting my credit ran twice? My order number is 23-299726341499466

Unfortunately the only option is to replace your order.

 

It will be best to visit your local AT&T retail store to verify your identity.

 

Using the same method to replace your order will give the same result.
