verify phone discount

I bought galaxy s20 ultra when I traded in my old phone and became a AT&T customer. Was told that with the unlimited plan I would be credited every month for the price of a s20 5G, but I wouldn't see the discount for a few months. How can I verify that this made it to my account without waiting for 3 months to see if I start getting a discount?

Let's look into helping you verify your wireless bill credits. We want to advise that it's not yet possible to tell whether those credits will apply to your account since wireless bill credit offers require customers to meet specific requirements.

 

In most cases, the minimum requirements are that your service(s) must remain active and in good standing for the specified length of time of the offer to receive the bill credit(s).

 

Once the offer requirements have been met, bill credits will typically be applied within three or four bill cycles.
