URGENT BILLING ERROR: AT&T Customer Service / Lack of Tracking of Returns / Terrible Customer Service

My wife and I had Samsung J7 phones from 2 to 3 years ago that were returned under warranty and received our replacement S7 last year.

We recently had an option to upgrade to Apple phones. We returned the S7's as part of the upgrade. Today we got a $45 charge saying they did not get the J7's from year ago??????

Been on hold for over 1 1/2 hours!!!! Been disconnected and passed around departments. 

SO DISSAPOINTED! Will not renew the contract with this company.

Worst upgrade experience ever. Still have not got our promo for installments - doubt we ever will.

Finally got a rep on the phone. He is removing the bad charge.
