Upgrade Credit Need Packing Materials

I received my IPhone 12 from AT&T Sunday night with delivery from Enjoy.  I didn't request setup because it was late at night.  Anyway, I'm struggling to get a straight answer.  I called customer service and got the correct unlimited plan.  He told me to call another number to get packing materials to send it my Iphone 7 Plus.  When I called them they refused to help me.  It is impossible to get through to customer service and I cannot find anything useful on the AT&T website.  Any ideas outside of visiting a store?

I ended up going to a local AT&T store and they handled the trade in for me.  I'm usually good at figuring out online instructions, but I guess something went wrong.  At any rate, I'm satisfied now.
