I have a problem. I am abroad and I want to drop my line in the United States. I can not call by phone because I do not have a line in my country and they do not answer mail. I need to unsubscribe from the service. How Can I do?

Cancel the debit or credit card used to refill your auto pay

If I do that, the account Will be cancel? But I can't call mi bank.

If you have prepaid, yes, stopping autopay will cancel. If you have postpaid, you must call to cancel. If you just quit paying, they will continue to bill you. Sorry, cant help you with calling your bank but one way or another, you’ll have to call someone to stop autopay.

Read the back of your card, or your bank statement. it tells you how to report your card and get a replacement.
