Unresolved Issue Regarding Promised Rewards Card
Hi!
Could I have a call from a representative from AT&T Wireless who can take ownership of an issue that is unresolvable through normal channels? I have an issue with a promised $300 rewards card that appears to have been forgotten. After several very long phone calls, I still cannot get it resolved. I am passed from one representative to the next and have to repeat the same information each time. I've been promised return phone calls on several occasions now. I even have a manager's name and employee ID! So, I now need a customer service rep at AT&T who will take ownership and resolve the issue. I would like for someone with authority to listen to a transcript from Sunday, September 29 confirming I was promised a $300 rewards card. I would then like for that rewards gift card to be sent to me. I have been promised that a manager would be listening to the transcript; yet, I have not received a call. Thank you!
P.S. This is apparently a billing issue, not a Rewards Center issue. I've called Rewards Center several times and they cannot/will not help me. I'm always transferred to Customer Service. So, please don't tell me to call them again. My nerves cannot handle another call with them.

This is a customer populated forum, not how you get At&t to contact you by phone. You can file a BBB complaint and AT&T has to contact you. That may not bring results if you didn’t qualify, which is the primary reason rewards or credits don’t happen.
Are you being denied because you did not meet requirements?
The $300 rewards through wireless had the following requirements:

I would welcome any interest in forming a (Edited per community guidelines) (Edited per community guidelines) against ATT for their deceptive practices by offering gift cards for account signup. I was sent a single email on 11/3/2021 and didn't realize it. By the time I saw it and attempted to claim it, I was given notice the award was disqualified on 11/9/2021. I believed I was receiving $350 of gift cards.
Some additional points that are worth noting and why legal action is justified:
For starters, I'd like to hear from others simply to find out if anyone is interested in pursuit of legal action. If I hear from enough people, I will post law firm information for you to contact.
