Unresolved Issue Regarding Promised Rewards Card
Could I have a call from a representative from AT&T Wireless who can take ownership of an issue that is unresolvable through normal channels? I have an issue with a promised $300 rewards card that appears to have been forgotten. After several very long phone calls, I still cannot get it resolved. I am passed from one representative to the next and have to repeat the same information each time. I've been promised return phone calls on several occasions now. I even have a manager's name and employee ID! So, I now need a customer service rep at AT&T who will take ownership and resolve the issue. I would like for someone with authority to listen to a transcript from Sunday, September 29 confirming I was promised a $300 rewards card. I would then like for that rewards gift card to be sent to me. I have been promised that a manager would be listening to the transcript; yet, I have not received a call. Thank you!
P.S. This is apparently a billing issue, not a Rewards Center issue. I've called Rewards Center several times and they cannot/will not help me. I'm always transferred to Customer Service. So, please don't tell me to call them again. My nerves cannot handle another call with them.
