Unlock

Hi , I have the phone with box and all papers inside. It has mark "att".My friend brought it to me , he is a seaman.
The problem is processing of unlock.
The phone is still via contract as I understood, so i couldn't unlock . I would like to ask your assistance in this case, because I even cannot contact you, guys, by phone. I'm in Ukraine now.
If you can call me, please do it. My phone is +*****. It's my Ukrainian number.
I do know guys, that you have a lot of issues like I have.
Please just take a look at this IMEI and say me please, what am I supposed to do with this.
