UNIFIED BILLING DISASTER, ATT IS A SCAM, FURIOUS!

I've been calling ATT since May to fix a problem on my May bill that is apparently now unified. I never agreed to unified billing and all I want to see are the details of my May wireless bill--ATT.com only shows me that they charged me DOUBLE my normal rate and will not release billing details as to why. Upon calling ATT wireless department, they said they cannot access my wireless bill because it's unified, so the unified billing department has to handle it. After countless transfers to the unified billing department, unified billing says they "can only see that my bill is unified for Internet, DirecTV, and my landline. To access details of my wireless bill, I must call wireless." Well guess what? I've called wireless at least 20 times and every time they say can no longer see my bill because it's unified and only the unified billing department can. Well they OBVIOUSLY CANNOT, so the severe miscommunication in your company is extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and appalling. WHO CAN SEE MY BILL? WHO IS OVERSEEING THE MONEY THAT IS BEING PULLED FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH? Att is a CROOKED COMPANY of scammers who do NOT CARE about their customers and will charge money from your account whenever they feel like it without giving you the rights to see what it is for. I've been with ATT for 20 years and I can't believe they would treat their loyal customers this way. A scam, a night mare, and trash customer service. Will be leaving bad reviews on every site possible.

File an FCC complaint.  This unified billing bull has to stop.

I totally agree. I just hope everyone actually looks at their bill to see what they are being charged. They give you a discount for using "autopay" but I think it's so they can bill you whatever they want and then it's too late (unless you want to get on the phone for hours on end, get no real answers, then get told you can't talk to a supervisor because they will tell you the same thing). So you have these charges taken out of your account (or charged to your CC) and they may remain on there for months.

I'm having an issue with the "promotions" not being applied for "one or two" billing cycles. WHAT?!?! Bill me for what you quoted me for!! Don't charge me for a bunch of stuff then "credit" me 2 months later!!! I was told the charges would show up on my bill but would then show as a credit on my bill. There was nothing said about it taking 2 months to do this. And WHY would it take that long to set up a brand new service correctly? Put the correct information/promotions/credits on the FIRST bill then there wouldn't be any issues. My guess is that they can make a LOT of money on the millions (billions?) of overcharges and then when they finally credit us (if they actually do) they still get to keep the money they made in interest or stocks or however they invest their money.

It's funny because I was SO impressed with the technician that installed my service and the account manager who came to get my account all set up; I was ready to recommend AT&T to everyone! Then I started getting my bills and it's been downhill ever since. Comcast Cable never treated me this way and Verizon never treated me this way. In fact, there has never been a company that was supposed to provide a service that has treated me this poorly. I will NEVER EVER recommend AT&T to ANYONE. And if you are already a customer, first, I'm sorry, second CHECK your bill EVERY month and make sure you are being charged correctly. And if you aren't you should call immediately (as is recommended right on the bill) and GOOD LUCK with that!
