Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer you to a specialist at this time
I am trying to talk to a representative over chat but anytime when i tried to chat to some one, i am getting this message " Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer you to a specialist at this time". I need to talk to someone regarding the upcoming discounts that will be appearing in the coming billing cycle. Appreciate if someone can help me on this.
