Unable to purchase a data plan, after clicking "Submit" I am taken back to my account summary.
Hello! I hope you guys can help me. I'm having trouble purchasing a data plan for my account.
When I try to purchase it, it shows me the terms & conditions (which I accept), and then it shows me the Purchase summary and asks me to input the 3-digit security code from my card.
But, after I put in the code and press "Submit" it just takes me back to my account summary screen. There is no charge to my card and no data applied to my account.
The data plan I'm trying to purchase is the $34.99 Unlimited DataConnect plan for an iPad.
I have cleared my browser's cache/cookies, restarted my PC, and I've even tried from a different computer with a different browser and got the same results.
Can you help me?
