Trying to make a payment but won't let me cuz it says something about a collection
I am trying to make a payment on the website and it won't let me cuz it says something about a collection and I don't understand what that's about and I want to know why I can't make a payment

Thank you for reaching out to us. We recommend that you contact our Collections department at 800-947-5096 for further assistance. Their hours of operation are as follows: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Sunday: Closed. Hope this helps!

Are you talking about prepaid? If so, any chance you are using a phone that didn’t get paid off?
