transferring a phone number internally
Trying to transfer a phone number internally. was told i cannot do this with a unified account????? I had Direct TV several years ago..
I tried customer service (terrible) was on hold for hours being transferred from Phillipines to several so called experts who told me I would have to wait two billing cycles or two months. I can transfer my number to an outside carrier in less than15 minutes. This confirms ATT poor customer service is of their own doing with out of control beauracracy coupled with un-empowered employees. ATT truly (Edited per community guidelines)!
