Transfer of Billing

I have been transferred, given the wrong number, put on hold again, etc. 8 times in the last 2 days about trying to contact the Transfer of Billing Department. I was just on hold after being transferred for 45 minutes. 

I just want to transfer billing responsibilities of an account. Can someone from the Transfer of Billimg department please call me to complete this.

@Reidma  You can transfer of billing responsibility online.  Link below on how to perform this function.
