Transfer of billing Errors: TBR0060: We're unable to process your info at this time Error

Requested a transfer of billing to my brother. First he never gets email then when he puts the data into his transfer of billing confirmation gets this error message:

 

TBR0060: We're unable to process your info at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. (TBR0060)

 

I tried to start new transfer but it keeps saying there is a current request active. It was started Feb 28.

I also have the same problem. When you search this error it would seem that every person who has ever initiated a transfer of billing responsibility has run into this problem. Even worse, I'm being told that the ENTIRE department that handles transfer of billing responsibility is not working during the COVID-19 pandemic....so I cannot get this resolved until probably July?

Yes after several phone calls over the course of 3 days I was finally able to find someone that was able to help. She reached out to several people and found that even though the transfer of responsibility group was not working, the group that handles of transfer of responsibility for business lines was available. She transferred me to someone in this group and they were able to process the transfer for me.
