Transfer of billing Errors: TBR0060: We're unable to process your info at this time Error
Requested a transfer of billing to my brother. First he never gets email then when he puts the data into his transfer of billing confirmation gets this error message:
TBR0060: We're unable to process your info at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. (TBR0060)
I tried to start new transfer but it keeps saying there is a current request active. It was started Feb 28.
