Trade-In credit not received?

I traded in a phone under a promotion back in March, and my July bill just posted and I've still yet to received my credit. I was prepared to pay for three months, since the promotional said it could take three months to show up, but considering I've still yet to see it what are my options? How do I go about getting this handled?
