Traded in phones still no credits

We know our rep turned in those 2 phones late - after 30 days

How do you know this? 

Do you have documentation (i.e. a receipt) showing that you turned the phones in within 30 days?

No documentation. We just gave my rep the trades-in phones when he came to pick them up- but it was the next month

So you gave them to the rep after 30 days had passed? 

Or did you give them to the rep when you bought the new ones and he just held on to them too long.

We gave them to the rep after the 30 days I believe. We had no idea the promo said trade-in phones must be turned in within 30 days. Rep was late picking them up from us - he never told us we could drop them at an AT&T store.
