Trade in
I traded my iPhone 12 pro on Wed, Sep. 28, 2022, and the USPS tracking# 7250085254703275026550787032. When I checked the trade-in status, it is still showing In transit. Why is it still in transit? I am not getting the trade-in discount on my monthly bill. Please contact me immediately

This forum is not customer support, no one is going to contact you. At best, you’ll get a reply from ATTHelp. No one here can explain why your tracking info shows still in transit. It would appear your trade in has been mishandled and probably lost. Your best bet now is to escalate to corporate by filing an FCC or BBB complaint.
